Cucumber Caprese Salad

This is a simple summertime side dish. A great recipe when zucchini is in abundance. You really taste the spinach. Combined with the Parmesan cheese, oh my this is a good recipe.

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon dried basil
• 1 dash salt
• 1 dash pepper
• 1 cucumber
